Alarm & systems monitoring
Let us be your point person with the alarm company out here. We will take the call and inspect for any potential damage. Sleep easy knowing you're safeguarded.
Bill paying service
We can manage all the bills associated with the house and put on one easy monthly statement for you.
Friday/any day turn down service
We can open up the house for you any day, stock the fridge, organize flower arrangements, turn on the lights, heating or air conditioning, put the champagne on ice and set the mood. Everything perfect for your arrival.
Seasonal opening and closing
Bespoke annual checklists are created to ensure your home is more than ready for the coming season.
Daily necessities
We can collect packages, accept deliveries and send back forgotten teddy bears and college papers. If you need it or left it – we're here for you.
Special weather events
Unpredictable weather events are a fact of life out east - we will be there as soon as possible during/after the event to survey any damage and commence any necessary repairs - we are the proverbial stitch in time.

Edward has been an integral part of the Hamptons landscape since the mid 90's. English by birth, he made his way out here via a six year stint in Hong Kong and twelve years on Wall Street. A longtime summer resident, he finally settled his family in the Hamptons full time in 2009.
